Academic publishing depends mainly on trust. Publishers trust the editors' decision, editors respect the peer reviewers' feedback, and peer reviewers trust the authors' data. This full and meaningful trusting system should be based on ethics. These ethical issues should be respected during the publishing process. (According to COPE guidelines). |
